CANCELLATION POLICIES
The customer has two types of rates available: refundable and non-refundable. If you select the refundable option you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival. If the customer chooses to cancel the booking after this time, he or she will be subject to penalties. In particular, if you cancel from 14 to 8 days before you pay a penalty of 30%, if you cancel 7 days before arrival the penalty increases by 70%. Cancellation up to 1 day before and the customer's failure to show up at check-in will result in the payment of the total amount of the reservation. Non-refundable rates cannot be changed, in fact advance payment of the entire stay is required at the time of booking. NECESSARY INFORMATION ABOUT CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

**Check in time is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm; a possible late check in is available on request, paying a supplement of €21.00 if checked in between 7.00pm and 9.30pm, and €40.00 if checked in between 9.30pm and 11.30pm.
** Check out is expected on the morning of departure by 10:00. A possible late check out is available upon request and based on the availability of the structure and is possible free of charge by 12:00, paying €50.00 from 12:00 to 15:00 or the full rate if you choose to leave the structure after 3pm.
